This works alright but for one small issue. When you receive an email you cant tell right away whether its via the list or directed to you personally. One solution would be for the email list to auto-preface each mail's subject line with the list name such as [postAUM2005]. This will let someone know without opening an email if its a personal email of part of the list discussion.
Another solution is to display a 'cc' with the list adress, which of course clariï¬es.
I dont know the kind of effort needed to make a change. I'm ï¬ne the way it is, but if its easy, we should consider making the change.
