Greetings to All,
As some of you know I have returned from my John Muir Trail hike. It
was a wonderful journey, complete with lots of snow, some exciting and
dangerous river and creek crossings, a serious thunderstorm on the ï¬nal
night out, and many new friends made along the way.
We want to remind everyone that it is still not too late to donate
towards our fundraiser. So far we have raised about $53 per mile, or
about $11,000, for the school.
There are some photos of the trip which you can see at:
https://www.integraleducation.org/jmt/hikecompleted.html
Please let people know about the hike and the fundraiser and ask them visit the above-mentioned web page.
Also, I had the pleasure to walk for a day and spend an evening with a
reporter from Reno who included me in his ï¬rst of three articles on the
JMT. You can read the article, entitled "Old Snow, New Friends" at:
www.rgj.com/outdoors
I want to personally send my gratitude to everyone who has supported
this effort to generate funds to help us better serve our students at
the Rainbow Kids Integral School.
Thank you, one and All.
Prapanna
